I am a personal trainer because of my own personal fitness journey. I saw changes in me that made me feel accomplished, happy and proud. I wanted to help others to feel that same pride in themselves and realize that fitness isn’t a chore, rather a way to have fun and feel better. I received my training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I enjoy running obstacle course races to help raise money for charity and as a persona challenge to myself. I enjoy fishing with my friends and family and working out in my free time.
I became a trainer to help people to take that leap of faith into fitness to better their own wellbeing and outlook on life. If you never take that leap you may never know what you are truly capable of.
