Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Ark. Working out to improve in sports, Robert found a passion for improving himself. In college he found himself tailoring workout plans to help his friends reach their fitness goals. Robert decided that he would pursue what came naturally through a personal training career and has been training at Saint Francis since January 2006. When Robert is not training, he enjoys sports, hunting, fishing and working out.
