Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management: Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University where he gained invaluable experience interning with Athletics Strength & Conditioning for over a year, having the opportunity to coach Division I athletes. Prior to attending Southeast, Patrick served in the Navy for four years where he worked with people of many cultures from around the world. During this time he continued adapting to new styles of exercise while working with others on his ship to improve their fitness. This is where he found his passion for helping others that eventually led him to pursue a degree in an exercise related field.
