Small-group personal training is becoming more and more popular. It is affordable and offers personalized attention to each individual while providing the enthusiasm of a group environment. Whether you are looking for fat loss, general conditioning or elite-level athletics, the added motivation of others working out in the same room pushes you to a new level. Train with friends, family members or co-workers. Start your own group of four to eight people, or join an established group.
Sessions are 30 minutes or one hour long, and workouts are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to help you reach your fitness goals at an economical rate.

Small-Group Personal Training Rates* **
- 3-5 participants: $15 per person per session
- 6-9 participants: $12 per person per session
- 10+ participants: $10 per person per session
- 3-5 participants: $20 per person per session
- 6-9 participants: $16 per person per session
- 10+ participants: $14 per person per session
*There must be at least three participants per group, and all classes require a reservation.
**Drop-in rates are available for those who do not want to commit to the entire month.
