Ingredients

2 hard cooked egg whites
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
¼ jicama, diced
½ cup raw zucchini, diced
½ cup celery, diced
¼ cup radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup chives, chopped
½ cup Mustard Salad Dressing (page 5)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Serves 4
