Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon dill weed

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in blender.
