Homemade Sour Cream


1 (24-ounce) ctn. low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup nonfat milk


  • Place cheese in large sieve to drain thoroughly.
  • Put in blender with milk.
  • Blend until the mixture is the consistency of sour cream.
  • Yields 24 (2-tablespoon) servings.
