Cold Apple Bisque


2 medium green apples
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups unsweetened apple juice


  • Wash and core apples.
  • Slice into chunks and put in blender with apple juice and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth. Chill before serving.
  • Serves 4
