Banana Mousse

Ingredients

1 package unsweetened lemon gelatin
1 ½ cups hot water
½ cup powdered nonfat milk
1 banana, diced

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in blender.
  • Pour into sherbert glasses and refrigerate until firm.
  • Serves 4.
