Banana Mousse
Ingredients
1 package unsweetened lemon gelatin
1 ½ cups hot water
½ cup powdered nonfat milk
1 banana, diced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in blender.
- Pour into sherbert glasses and refrigerate until firm.
- Serves 4.
