Fit Fore Golf is a golf-specific program to improve your swing and overall game. The program focuses on flexibility/mobility, balance, speed/endurance, and strength/power to help your posture, improve your swing and enhance your overall golf game. Personal Trainer Clark Newsom will take you through a comprehensive assessment and create a specific 12-week program catered to our specific needs.
The program is designed for two days a week with Clark and additional workouts outside of the guided training days. The first day of the week focuses on functional movements; the second day focuses on strength and speed improvements.
