Yoga Stretch

Learn the basics of yoga while you increase body awareness, strength and flexibility. We recommend this class as a stepping stone to our other yoga classes. Rated 2 in difficulty on a scale of 1–4. This is a great class for expecting mothers – please inform the instructor that you are pregnant before the class.
