From Power Music Group Rx, this is a program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. These pre-choreographed strength training routines will shape and strengthen your body. New routines will change every ten weeks. The new routines will run for six weeks followed by four weeks of “Rerun” routines to keep your muscles guessing. Get RIPPED!
