Group Fitness Classes

Fitness Plus offers more than 80 group fitness classes geared toward teens, adults and seniors. Find a fitness class that appeals to you in the list below. For more information about a specific class, click on the class name. Classes are all live unless noted in “Instructor” field. Members must be at least 13 years of age to attend group exercise classes.

Classes on this schedule are subject to change. Please check the Group Fitness Bulletin Board for notices regarding cancellations, changes in format or substitute instructors. You may also call the service desk (573-331-3355) for up-to-date information, such as cancellations due to inclement weather.

Holidays:
There will be no regular Group Fitness classes offered on holidays. Please call the Fitness Plus Service Desk at 573-331-3355 for information on any holiday class that will be offered.
