Chris Davis, BA, MS
Davis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management with a minor in Biology and Coaching from Blackburn College, Carlinville, IL, and he earned his Master's degree in Kinesiology and Recreation, with an emphasis in Sport Psychology and Sport Management, from Illinois State University in Normal, IL.
Garrett Duncan, ACE, CPT
Duncan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Mo. He started training to fill the void after being a full-time soccer player with the specific goals of improving his overall physique and building muscle mass.
Dana Glass, BS, ACSM-EP
Dana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management with an emphasis in Health Promotion from Southeast Missouri State University. She became a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2006. Dana began teaching a variety of group exercise classes, found a passion for personal training and supported Saint Francis Healthcare System colleagues in reaching their health goals through the Wellness program.
Robert Harper, BS, HFS
Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Ark. Working out to improve in sports, Robert found a passion for improving himself. In college he found himself tailoring workout plans to help his friends reach their fitness goals.
Keith Hente, ISSA, CPT
Keith Hente became a certified elite personal trainer through International Sports Science Association with specialties in nutrition and strength and conditioning. He obtained his medical background through the US Army Academy of Health Sciences, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. Law Enforcement through Southeast Missouri State University and Firefighting through the University of Missouri.
Jen McQuay, BS, ACE-CPT
Jen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness through Purdue Global and received her Health Coaching certification through the American Council on Exercise. This certification sparked a passion for coaching and led Jen to complete a 200-hour yoga Teacher training program at Agape Yoga in St. Louis.
Madison Ray, NASM, CPT
Madison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University, and she received her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Ashley Robinson, MS, ACSM-EP
Ashley earned her Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Physiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has since become a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Ashley advocates for accessible inclusive recreation, and works with special populations including post-cardiac rehab patients, cancer survivors (those currently going through treatment or post-treatment) as well as individuals with neurological conditions like TBI.
Jessica Ruesch, CPT
Jessica has partnered with hundreds of members beginning and elevating their health and wellness at the region's premier medically integrated facility Fitness Plus since 2019. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness and a certified Mindfulness Coach through Yoga Renew specializing in mindful eating and meditation.
Sara Wagganer, MS, ACSM-EP
Sara Wagganer started her fitness teaching journey back in college where she attained her bachelor's and master's degree in Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University. She grew up as a competitive gymnast and pole vaulter which fueled her career decisions. She started personal training in 2000 and Pilates training on the mat and apparatus in 2005.
